DS3000 - Process control system
DS3000 is a process control system based on the newest Internet technology and current web standards. Developed completely using Microsoft's .Net technology, this product offers a manufacturer-independent solution for your current and future tasks. It's future-proof, investment-protecting, easy to use and extensible. Process visualization pages can be made by using every (HTML-)editor.
The DS3000 consists of two components:
- The runtime system
The runtime system does data collection, process alarm management and storage of historical values. - The web application
Developed considerung current web standards the web application allows you to visualize processes and configure the runtime system via the internet, regardless of device, browser or operating system. It' has also an easy to use user interface and is easily extensible.

The web browser is the user interface, which is everywhere available and brings along no further
maintenance-costs. Users, who utilize a browser with intranet, remote data transmission
or internet access, can receive a picture of the current process. - Completely multi-client capable. Communities can share a server and personnel.
Significant cost savings are therefore possible. - Multi-lingual.
- SQL-server/MSDE for all data. We will fullfill the demand for a consistent data access.
- Based on newest Microsoft .NET technology.
- Connecting automation devices and controls of almost all manufacturers
via the standardized OPC-interface and special drivers. - Supports remote terminal units, which are only accessable via dial-up connection (Analog, ISDN,GSM).
- Historical values will be stored in the database.
- Archiving minima, maxima, average and delta values.
- Entirely configurable via the internet.
Alarming
- The DS3000 offers an efficient and multi-client capable alarm concept,
in order to identify and fix malfunction in time - Separate alarms can be assigned to every client
- Clear presentation by the use of alarmtypes and alarmgroups which are freely allocatable
- Realtime and historic alarm-information
- Notification via SMS, FAX, eMail or phone
- The notification is made through callgroups and serviceteams. The flexible assignment of the
service-personnel follows by means of a standby schedule - The acknowledgement takes place via the website, SMS or eMail
